ADSM Water Consumption Efficiency

Background

ADSM specialize in assisting public sector organisations to reduce water consumption – delivering bottom line savings and practical solutions for today’s global environmental challenges. ADSM services have a direct, beneficial impact on your financial and environmental performance. This is achieved by offering a three-pronged attack on water and energy consumption:

1. They provide expert bureau services, which supply key information about your water consumption and trends.
2. They provide an experienced consulting and surveying team that includes Chartered Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. The team makes recommendations for improvements, based upon a site’s water consumption.
3. They supply water and energy-efficient technologies along with an installation and maintenance team.

If ADSM fail to identify savings across a portfolio of sites, they do not charge the customer. There is no up front investment and they charge a percentage of the proven savings over a three year period. After the initial three year period, the full 100% of the savings go direct to the customer organisation.

Who can use the offer?

This offer is open to all public sector bodies in the UK.
